Fried Rice

- Soaked rice
- Maarshall Sunflower Oil (2 tbsp)
- Garlic (1 tsp)
- Ginger (1 tsp)
- French beans (2 tbsp)
- Carrots (2 tbsp)
- Red bell pepper (2 tbsp)
- Yellow bell pepper (2 tbsp)
- Green capsicum (2 tbsp)
- Cooked rice (2 cups)
- Soy sauce (2 tsp)
- Vinegar (1 tsp)
- Red chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
- Spring greens (1 tbsp)
- Salt (To taste)
- In a bowl add Rice & Add water and soak it for 30 mins
- In a pan add in water and salt and bring it to a boil and add in soaked rice and cook for 8-10 mins till the rice is perfectly cooked
- In another pan add in Maarshall Sunflower Oil, add in garlic , ginger and sauté
- Then add in vegetables and sauté for 2-3 mins.
- Add in Boiled Rice and soy sauce, vinegar , red chilli sauce and salt and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot.
